Dont know if others have figured this out but I got tired of the high cost of the savage battery (have 2 bikes)so I made a little mod to the battery case and wow you can use the much cheaper 14LA2 (instead of the 14LB2)Target stores cost $31 vs.$75 at the dealers.
The only difference is the vent is on the other side and making a 1x1 cm hole on the left side allows the vent(I drilled a series of small holes and filed smooth)
